Refunds and Exchanges

Did your print arrive damaged? It's rare but it happens. We will replace your print if it has been damaged in transit. Just send us a note with a photo of the damage.
Is your order lost in transit? Let us know if you haven't received your order in the estimated time provided in the tracking details. If after 12 weeks for international order or 6 weeks for domestic, you still haven't received your print(s), we will offer a replacement print. Please keep in mind that the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. USPS doesn't guarantee delivery times for First Class.

Since our prints are printed to order, we are not offering refunds at this time.
